Hello: I own a 2000 Toyota Tacoma TRD. I have owned it since 2003. It has been a great truck, but it is starting to get expensive to maintain. As such, I am looking for ways to cut the costs of keeping it on the road by doing more repairs myself. The current issue is with the air fuel ratio sensor. According to the shop I took it to. It will cost $395 to replace. It already cost $120 to diagnose. I am wondering if anyone on the forum has replaced this sensor and what advice you might for such a DIY project. Any counsel would be appreciated.
