    i can testify to how important a good ergonomical chair is when you're in one for 12 hours....that shits critical. I am so protective of mine here i lock the damn thing up with a cable and lock when i'm gone so noone fucks my chair up! hahaha

    i have quite a rad map you would love to see. It's a historic map of The Hetch Hetchy tie in from Yosemite to SF. HUGE canvas topo map from 1906!! i found it an an estate sale for $50.

    This is 100 percent me too. I was the guy on my team that pushed for stand up desks. 100 percent think sitting all day is taking days off of our lives. It’s even proven in many studies. Fuck that. No job is worth sitting all day in a crappy chair. Lol

    we have those consoles that you can stand at. I just go walk on the treadmill several times a night. we have a bunch of workout stuff up here in the control center

    Working in Safety/Ergo and studying Kinesiology in college I agree with sit/stand products.

    If you have a adjustable desk you should try a dynamic perching seat.
