So I tried replacing my sway bar endlinks on my 13’ off road. The endlinks that I purchased were from Moog and it said that they would fit my year, make, and model. I found that the end link is too big for the hole in the knuckle. I’m assuming because it’s an aftermarket knuckle that came with my fab tech lift kit. I think the links that came with it are garbage so I’m looking for end links that will fit my sway bar; as well as my fab tech knuckles. I tried explaining this to the guys at fabtech and they told me just to replace the heim joints of the links. They didn’t seem to give a sh** about my issue. Any ideas?

First off, welcome to TW. Beware, your money will disappear if you stay here too long.

Anyway, looking at the FabTech install, looks like the spindle is made for the heim joint sway bar links. They use a 3/8" bolt while the factory links probably use 10mm (just guessing). There is a marginal difference in those sizes but could be your issue. If you must run factory links, and your problem is indeed 10mm link bolt vs 3/8" hole, drill it out.

EDIT: FabTech support cares about FabTech products. Not many companies will advise you to use pieces that their kits were not designed for. If the heim links were an optional part, and the standard kit used factory links, thats a different story. Don't be mad at them for not helping you try something outside of their product line.

Maybe do what they say since you are using their parts & engineering. Maybe they don't care about people who don't care about their own safety or integrity of rig?
But I understand we all have "issues."

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
Remove the sway bar. Did it with my fabtech 6 inch lift. Best mod ever!!!
