Just Picked Up 17’ Sport 4x4

Totaled my 14’ Sport 4x4(not at fault). What do you guys think are the first must do mods?? Also my 14’ came with Bilstein suspension factory. What’s up with this plastic suspension on my new truck?!

Id go more for changing it for the RAD, or ECG grill and plastidipping the emblems to match

 

Agree on grill. Was my first mod. Makes it an entirely better looking truck.

 

I bought a black grill from ebay for 100 bucks and plasti dipped the bezel. think it turned out pretty good.

 

Holy crap, the grill does look like an electric shaver. I have all the stock suspension from the 14 still. Has less than 2k miles on it. Thinking about swapping the better looking bilsteins in.

 

I dipped my grill, badges, and bumper caps first thing. Next was getting rid of the bedside decals. Congrats on the new truck.

I actually removed the TuRD sport sticker on day one, mostly because I didn't have any Plasti Dip. Many of you may be big fans of the Toyota Racing Development branding, and to each their own. Personally, I'd rather not drive around in a truck that says turd on it.

 

Get the oem bed mat. You won’t be disappointed

I wouldn’t mind some decals that actually said TuRD Sport...

 

So no one knows why the sport doesn’t haven’t the same suspension as the off-road anymore?
