The blank slots next to the USB/AUX. Does anyone use these? If so, show me your switches! I'm getting creative and I'd like to see what other members are doing with these slots. IMG_5076.jpg

Plenty of people use those blank spots for switches. Try out google search engine
    Using tacomaworld.com show off switches
    Or tacomaworld.com switches under a/c.

You can add switch to the blanks or use rocker switch instead of blanks.
Google will find you lots of threads covering the options and/or dimentions of switch needed. :hattip:

Lights seem to use up switch ports in a hurry. Then there's compressor, aux power, other aux power, camera anytime, other camera anytime. Do some reading and you'll find plenty of thing to put there.

I hope MESOJDM will make a 'plate' for the 2nd gen like he made for the 3rd gen and could go in this slot- i never use my 12v outlets... but could really use extra switches there...

I thought about asking him but since I already made the cubby panel I made this one to match.

Between the camera switches and seat heater switches it was short by one slot already(usb/aux) and since I want an always hot charger and 12v display that made it short by two. This seemed the best option and leaves me a spare slot. Plus I was able to save the 4 slots I removed. Way too much work making these though, I cant imagine repeating the process. Fortunately I still have 5 spots left of the steering wheel plus the otherwise useless front sunglasses holder.
