I want to achieve around a 3 inch lift with my lift kit and the 2888 coils say they add 2.75' inches of lift. Does setting the adjustable 1500s to a higher setting add to the lift height on top of that or is it just the coils lifting the vehicle?

Adjusting the 5100 Billies to a higher notch will add to the lift, if I’m not mistaken.

It will lift it more, but it's not recommended to preload aftermarket coil springs like that.
