Best source for OEM 2nd Gen Headlight Housings?

Hey guys - doing some research and about to order the parts for a Projector Retrofit on my 2nd Gen (2015). I don't want to be left without headlights while working on the retrofit (or if it screw it up) so I guess I have to order a second set. Any recommendations on where to best get a quality set of housings without spending a fortune?

Also I'm debating between the D2S or the FX-R from TRS. Is the FX-R actually tougher to install? Seems like people have to do a fair bit of modding to the housing to get the D2S to work to.

 

I found a set on craigslist for cheap. Found another set of Sport headlamps for cheap on ebay. It had cracked housing tabs but i didn't care because i only needed the lens and black chrome bezels. The D2S is relatively easy to install. I only had to grind the rear of bowl housing down flat. The FXR requires you to drill 4 mounting holes in the bowl. Unsure if any modifications are need to the back of the bowl on the FXR.

 

Good call on craigslist. Nothing on there right now, but I'll keep an eye on it. Ebay is tough to weed through all the crap and all the used OEM stuff seems expensive, but I guess you just have to get lucky. Thanks for the info on the Retrofits!
