120% if what the mid value? Mine had close to a $3k range. I would have loved to get clean NADA but in 35 years of buying cars I have never seen a dealer use NADA. They love it for loan value because it helps them sell their over priced used vehicles.

I never seen a dealership use NADA in my area either. Banks use NADA clean retail value all the time to finance used vehicles and they like NADA is very optimistic with their numbers.
Kelley Blue Book is usually a little more conservative than NADA with their trade in values. Some dealerships use the KBB instant cash offer in my area that usually spits out a number at the low end of the range based on the condition the dealer perceives your vehicle to be in.
The dealership that my coworker went to uses black book which is very conservative with their numbers. Black Books numbers are based on Manheim Auction reports I believe.
Dealerships love black book because it’s the most conservative with their price ranges.
