Way to freaking long. Some thing I'm actually quite pissed about. So my order was: front bumper, rear bumper, swing out, sliders and a skid plate, rooftop light bar mount. There website said 4-12 weeks when I ordered.

So they sent me the wrong hardware for the front skid. And to top it off they did not send the jerry can holder as part of my order (I did order it) and I have called them and they said they would ship it out. If I see it in 2 months I would be surprised. @RelentlessFab

Now to answer your question. I ordered my parts February 6th... I receded it all 3 weeks ago. So just over 7 1/2 months. To take that long and have missing parts is infuriating.

However the quality is top notch. But if you were to ask me if I would order from them again.... the answer is no.

We apologize for the length of the wait, your order timeframe dropped it behind a large backlog of work from our Thanksgiving sale(after which our lead times doubled/tripled), the small parts could have shipped earlier if they had been ordered separate, but on large orders they ship when all is complete. On top of the backlog delay it really comes down to the orders that have tire carriers. The carriers are more complicated to build and having tighter tolerances than the rest of the parts- I build each carrier myself. In the time you ordered I also fully redesigned our carrier latch system as I was not satisfied with the previous style, and we added those to all the orders we had on hand even though it added to the cost of the carriers. You received this free upgrade to the new latch style which in part added to the length of the wait on the carrier build.

Your missing Jerry can holder was an unfortunate oversight in shipping, but after your call in to us yesterday in which we confirmed it was ordered and apologized for it being missing we promptly had a crew member drop what he was working on to build and package one for you. It will go out with today's UPS pick up.
I am interested in what hardware on the skid plate was incorrect as I packed it myself, it should have had the long M10 bolts and spacer sleeves for the front holes, 4x M8 bolts for the 4 remaining holes.

    Thanks for your reply.

The problem with the skid hardware was long 10mm bolts. I'm not sure what they were but they did not thread into your bumper they were too small. I will verify when I get home and make sure I did not have some other alignment issue.

As for the jerry can holder. Thank you for promptly taking care of the problem.

What ATF fluid is everybody using? FSM says Dex III, but I'm hearing DEX IV. Dealership I called south of Austin says 'its just regular transmission fluid'

Who can recommend a good set of ditch lights. I have my brackets installed already. I have a set of rigids duallys originally for this purpose, but will be using it elsewhere.
Since i won't be using the ditch lights on a daily basis i don't want to go all out. Something good, reliable and not so pricey
