Fucking lawn guys! Also the snowplow guys doing our lot.. MF'ers come as close as possible to my front end and turn on the salt spreaders. Some times my truck sits at work overnight and I must piss them off because I park next to the curb.(only exposing my front and drivers side) we have idiots at work that cant park and like to bang doors also...

My other Tacoma got overspray from the building behind my truck. I was gone over the weekend and my truck sat in the parking lot. Without warning they painted the building. I broke out my buffer and stripped all the overspray. Then I drove to my local Toyota dealer and traded it on my 2017 TRD

It is due for a good wax job. Hopefully that's part of the professional cleaning.

I was hoping you already had; possibly making it more easily cleaned.

    Conclusion:
The contractor responsible hired a detailer that specializes in over spray to clean up every affected vehicle, about 30 vehicles at $300 each. Apparently the over spray is a silicon based sealant, so shouldn't harm the paint. They are washing the truck, clay baring it, applying clear coat protectant, then waxing. A local trusted body shop has inspected their work and agreed they are doing everything right. The first vehicles they did look great so I am comfortable with them working on mine. I'm looking forward to getting it back this afternoon. Thanks to all for the advise.

Working for my buddies detail company, I used to see this all the time. Roofing contractors will literally tell you it's more profitable for them to fix these issues instead of paying/providing other parking away from the job site. I'm sure you can choose the detailer you prefer and tell pay for that. I've spent many hours with a clay bar and 0000 steel wool cleaning stuff like that up.

Everyone would of been happy to move our vehicles to one of the many empty parking lots around. All they had to do was tell us the weather was going to be sunny with a chance of over spray.

Clay bar should fix this. Don't go in thinking they should replace every part of your truck that got a little paint on it. Let them start with something simple and then go from there. A clar bar and wax will make your truck right as rain.

Same exact thing happened to my car at work 5 years ago, nearby construction. I was handed over a 500$ check by their insurance for a professional claybar/detail.

Pocketed the money and claybar'd it myself!

A $500 check would of been fine with me. I would've done the same thing.

Without a doubt clay bar. Should be no problem at all for it.
