What's this issue with getting up to speed?
    Little lag maybe.

Alright Madison, @YotaGurlIAm tis time to make your truck a real truck and put all that nice 4x conversion stuff on...you can regear later...and still have 4 wheel drive...then save for your regear...spell check keeps wanting to type reefer instead of regear lol:rasta:

Back to making my point. Ecgs will send you fully built diffs that we then swap in over a weekend. They give you 30 days to instal from date of shipping. My truck ran fine w the 410 just not as good as the 456...it will be more worth it to convert your truck, play in dirt...save money...regear...just my .02

This is all true. I'm battling in my head. Lol I have all the parts, except the correct front diff. So herein lies my dilemma. I do drive the truck every day... It annoys the fuck outta me that I can't get up to speed fast enough and it lags a lot. So my logic ( and it may be retarded.) but I'd rather regear BOTH diffs I have first, make the truck more comfortable for me to drive all the time. Then put everything together at once so the truck isn't down for long. But I need to have the hubs rebuilt, need to have the tranny inspected and cleaned, new shifter boot too.

If I were to just do the conversion first I'd have to sell the diff I have, find a new one then put it all in to just take them out again to regear... and I got that front diff for a good price, not sure I can make money back on it

Ugh. Idk when I'd even have time to do all this hahaha too many trips planned already

Ahh i was misled...i thought you had everything ret to go and was just waiting cause the gears...this makes mo sense...the correct front diff is kinda crucial
