smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
People keep wanting to drag me into these conversations about Baja kits products and I keep telling them I'm done with it and it keeps getting brought up again.
Then when I give my opinion I end up the moron?

I'm not the long travel residential expert and don't claim to be one. But I do my best to give my opinion of my experience and reiterate the stuff as it has been explained to me.

And yet you keep going on and on.
There's a really cool feature called "Ignore" that you can use on any member. Try it out. It's genius.

How would keeping alignment have anything to do with the lt kit? That's an issue with the cams. And it rode like shit? That would be valving and spring rate

I bet you'd even be nice enough to keep the one you didn't like as much and send the "better one" back lol

I thought this thread was bad but go out into the vast rest of tacomaworld and its a scary place. Watch out for the mall crawling "overloading" experts who know everything  Now this thread doesn't seem as bad

In b4, I have bilstein 5100s but they're riding a little rough, should I get some coilovers? Also will I need new uppers? If so, are those uppers compatible with a long travel kit? I only use my truck to go fishing on back roads and I have a dirt driveway but fully caged ls1 swap with links is the ultimate goal. #hoonigan #yotalife #illest

Its just the satisfaction of spending thousands on their trucks and to take photos for instagram but not use it.

Wait....that sounds like long travel people....no wait sorry. They spend thousands on their trucks and then just sell it without using it.

My bad, got that mixed up almost..

    Carry on.

Lol I can't go on Instagram without getting sick with jealousy for all those guys getting to explore badass places or even not so badass places as I spend my time working and inching forward through my build. It's like a frikin fantasy land to me. Someday my new truck will explore the far reaches of the world beyond the driveway. And maybe then I'll sell it lol.

Wait so are we considering taking instagram pics "using it" now? Or is that the same thing :D

I think there are some 30 year old westfalias that offroad more than some of the overland guys... No hate against overlanding and what not. Thats what I'm geared up for these days. More power to them if they want to spend their money on parts they never use but when they turn into forum know it alls it gets a little..

I definitely wheeled more with my stock regular cab prerunner than the built truck I bought - or the built truck I'm rebuilding lol. I wheeled more in my friend's old stock Bronco II back in the woods in high school than most of those guys will with their overloading (learned a new word to day lol) trucks.

    Over landing?

I believe it’s a term backwoods millennials use instead of “runnin” or “boggin”? :notsure:

Well running means using your feet and bogging is driving through a puddle of mud. Overlanding is 'suppose' to represent long distance expedition style trips. Generally slower speeds and involves overnight camping and remote areas.

Prerunning is driving the race course and getting equipped with the course and area and hazards, hence pre runners.
