    I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that. I know these lights have barely any draw - maybe someone else can chime in?

    The harness alone is almost half of the total price lol GLWS and as for the additional power no it comes with the power harness that connects to your battery and then an additional wire that runs to your reverse light to trigger it on. Switch should have three positions Manual ON/OFF/Auto ON with reverse lights.
