Has anybody mentioned Stranger Things on Netflix? I thought it was pretty good. Reminded me of the Goonies mixed with a couple other 80's movies but with a modernish spin. Can't wait for season 2.

Somebody mentioned Narcos. I just started it, seems good but bloody long episodes. Hoping it'll get better and more immersive.

The Walking Dead of course. More than just killing zombies, amazing character development and some pretty emotional episodes.

The Ranch on Netflix is pretty funny. With Ashton Kutcher and Sam Elliot. Think old fashion family show like Full House but for adults.

Sons of Anarchy is a good one too. Haven't finished it yet though. A lot of episodes.

Santa Clarita Diet on Netflix is a good one to watch with a girlfriend or wife. With Drew Barrymore, it's got its funny moments.

I hear House of Cards is good. Haven't started it yet. Plan to whenever I have the time.

It was on the news that a scout for filming locations for Narcos just got murdered in Mexico. Maybe the real cartel doesn't like the publicity via the show. Haven't read into it much so idk the details.

Taboo! Outstanding, dark historical fiction. Only one season so far so it's easy to catch up!

If you like crime, violence, and a whole lotta ass-kicking, here's another Cinemax gem.

    image.jpg

Dude gets out of prison after 14 years to return to his life of crime and hook up with his old crew. Along he way he assumes the identity of a murdered police officer and becomes the new Sheriff of Banshee, PA. A great cast of characters and villains.

Just started "The Orville" it's a LOT better then I thought it would be. Just get past the first episode, which is basically the set-up, and there have been some really strong stories so far.

I have been watching it too. My wife calls it, "A really dumb show, that doesn't suck."

Ozark is a good one on netflix

Has kind of a breaking bad feel to it with the drug cartel and money laundering but the hillbillys are pretty bad ass.

Only one season so far so you'll have plenty of time to binge on other stuff after
