Oh god, the Whole30 is done, actually when I broke the bone a month ago the doctor said I want a small degree of starches and dairy back in my diet. But sugar is still evil. I have a bottle of Maker Mark at home that I allow myself a glass of like once a week!

That sucks, Geoff. I wonder if they'll give you the maggot treatment to clean it out. Creepy, but effective.

Hey Drew, If Eddy happens to have a "spare" 12-15 streamline bumper with a center hoop that happens to go missing while you're there...I kid. I was just checking them out on his page. I was thinking of a U.S. Offroad, but I like his with the center hoop better. It looks like the hoop has a couple of possible configurations too (straight up, or a little forward lean), I wonder if he'd add some tabs for LED pods to the top of the bumper under the hoop as an option. Actually, why bother with tabs, drill and mount directly to the bumper... Hrm...

Never done this before, but I've been thinking about taking the girlfriend and joining the masses. Is it worth it?

No, it's not unless you live in an area like Noel where there's not much traffic and you can start the leaf peepin from the moment you leave your driveway. For us, we get to drive in heavy masshole traffic for 2 hours each way just to get to an area where it actually is a nice, relaxing drive.

Yeah, if you don't have easy access it's not really worth it unless your girlfriend really gets off on colorful trees, lol. For us it's easy because it's basically 'foliage' as soon as we get on the road, so we just are basically taking a 'Sunday drive' to look at the colors. Which really we see on a daily basis for our commutes, but we usually pack a picnic lunch and make a date out of it. :notsure:

So I am taking out my old front steps today, cinderblock concrete and brick. Thinking about hooking the truck up to the steps once the back is removed... Bad idea or no?

Do it and be sure to take a video!

As long as it's not reinforced or tied into a foundation, I don't see it being an issue.

Just blocks with quickcrete poured in then topped with brick. I’m wondering if it will break free or if the truck will dig 4 holes in the driveway. Think I’m going to try it lol. When the only tool is a truck, everything needs a tug.

I wish. It's likely a springtime purchase if anything. Maybe next summer I can convince Brenda to take a road trip down there with me, there's got to be some good mountain biking in the area I'd imagine.

If there isn't any reinforcing steel, it should break apart. If you start digging, then the concrete is harder than expected and you should give it a couple good hits with a sledge and try again. Once the concrete cracks, it'll just crumble apart.
