Basically have a lady begging me to buy an 8 ft Undercover tonneau cover.l from a 8 ft ford truck for $100... is there anyway to make it work (cutting down)? Wouldn't need a perfect fit, but close enough to keep hunting gear dry.

It's probably too wide along with too long. A lot of work, I wouldn't do it, it will never be watertight or secure. You'd have to cut it down the middle both ways (4 pieces) and then put it back together. Undercover is a nice cover, I have one... But to make it light and strong, it uses recessed ribbing and you would struggle getting the cuts right.

Tell her free, or no more than $25... Then you can cut it and toss it if it turns out crappy.
