Yes ,I bought oil changes when I bought my certified 2014 or. Now I am having second thoughts about the dealer doing this. Do you all trust the dealers doing the oil changes?

I had free oil changes for a year when I bought mine. I've done all of them myself. I don't have time to sit in their waiting room and I prefer to do it myself. It only takes me about 30 minutes.
That's less time than I would be at the dealership. Plus, about every third change, I grease my u-joints and check my frame for rust. A wire brush and some black Rustoleum keep it looking good.

Dealer doesn't grease the u joints. I do both front and rear at every oil change and do the rear at 2500 miles - halfway between oil changes.

I let the dealer do mine for awhile. I never had a problem. I like putting in the oil I want and enjoy doing it, usually.

Let them do it, you paid for it. Just make sure you overcheck everything before you leave the dealer.

I agree with Jimmyh, if you already bought it, take it to them and keep an eye on them.

Be wary too, my buddy got lifetime oil changes from a Ford dealership and last time he was in they brought in his air filter which was filthy and said hey dude this is your air filter, should we change it? The only problem was it wasn't his air filter, he had just changed it himself. He called them out and they were all sheepish and made up the excuse that they pull all of them from all of the vehicles they are doing and set them in the same area and mixed his up with someone else's. Be sure to keep an eye out for general scum baggery like that.

Change my own. Just did it yesterday. Easy. When I went to the dealer for warranty work and they gave me the run around they asked whose doing all your schedule maintenance? I said I am!! If you people can't diagnose a torque converter shutter I'm not trusting you guys to change my oil. They tried to blame my torque converter shudder on my lift kid and they said the service manager laughed when they drove my truck into the service bay wanting warranty work. Clowns.

By the time I could drive to their shop, wait for them to do the service and drive home, I can do it in my own garage, do it right and do my own checks and services. My time is worth something and I can do it faster AND better.
