You have to keep floors really clean too. The last experience I had with something like that was in highschool when I swept floors at a body shop. 2 or 3 guys wasn't bad. I do remember using one guy on the opposite side just to make sure to stop it. It was usually me since I was the skinniest and most expendable.

 

I used to use 2 floor jacks in body shop and pull cars around at closing time so not to start them

 

That's what I was doing. It's easier to pull the jack than push which made it a bear to get the car tight against the garage wall.

 

I don't undrstand. Is the lake frozen already?

Just got back from the vet. Bailey got her 14 week shot. She is really growing. She's twice as big as Jake now.

Yup! Now it's only 90-100 degrees!

In the 40's up this way this morning. As the sun rose got to watch the fog form. Like this time of year mentally, physically not as much. 90-100 a bit warm still for me.

 

We're "forecasted" to cool down this week. Few mornings high 40's to low 50's if nothing changes

No but you need to understand the proccess for winter here.
Winter stuff comes out and prepped Summer stuff goes into storage
Shed gets switched around. Snow blowers come out. Prepped
Tractor gets switched to winter.
Yard stuff gets put away
Yada yada..

Well, the big difference here is how much it climbs and how long it stays hot. It's not bad when it takes most of the day to climb to 100 and only stays for 2-3 hours. Now that the sun is coming up later and going down sooner, it's pretty nice.

 

We don't have much of a switch over, and most of it is opposite of where you are. I think the snowbirds have it pretty close to right...just change locations every 5-7 months.

 

Sounds like a pain in the ass. Have you ever thought of moving to Arizona?

High heat really does suck.
Not as much as cold. But it sucks.
Cold is more work too.

 

I can deal with heat better than the cold.
I hate winter.
