Wait what? My km2s are 315/75/r16 and only measure just over 33" worn down some and on my wheels. These TSL's are 35.9" new and measure 35.25" worn down some and on my wheels.

 

I swore you had 35 or 37 already man.

Now that I realize you only had 33", and not 35", I understand why all the cutting. To fit the 35s

Man, you are confusing. I'm gonna try and clear this up before anyone gets hurt ....

I bought the km2s brand new. They "were" 35s. Tires wear down making them smaller. I then put those tires meant for a 8" wheel on an 11" wheel making them smaller. You don't need to cut your inner fenders to fit 35s. I did a cab mount chop and flattened the pinch weld and that was it.

Now onto today .... These tires are currently 35.25" tall mounted on an 11" wheel. Depending on the "35" you're referring to, they are 1/2" taller right now then most brand new 35" tires, as most are not 35" tall, including km2s.

With a different wheel offset, these tires would've went on fine with me just cutting more of my cab mount but since they are pushed out far, they hit places where other wheels wouldn't. Before I checked where they hit, I removed the coilovers to push the wheel up higher then possible with the coilover in. Where the wheel is in the pics is not a realistic or achievable place with the coilover in.

Sooooooooo by over compressing the placement of the tire and clearancing everything more then that, I will have PLENTY of clearance with a 35.25" tire and enough clearance for a 37" tire when/if I choose to buy some.

 

I thought you were running 35s?
