Morning everyone, hope most of you are out on the trails today. Joined this forum after watching for years. Selling the family Tacoma we bought in '97 and upgrading to an '06 for our family adventures. Will be picking up a CVT RTT early next year, would like to start exploring by next fall. Just added second son to my family so i will be spending this next year getting the '06 ready to roll! Grew up in between Slick Rock and Rubicon so plenty of trail miles here and trail rigs too. Worked pat time for about 5 years for a friend of mine that opened a suspension and performance shop back in the crazy boom days. Now its all about family and adventures, helps that I'm stay at home Dad too. So, glad to meet y'all and will be around for questions asked and received. Typing from delivery recovery room right now as new son and wife are sleeping. Go Raiders! Oakland resident now and loving it!

Thanks y'all, really can't wait to start ordering parts for the '06. Want the least amount of weight added and the most convenances. Fuel cell, pressurized water hot/cold, air compressor front/rear/inside, lights, fridge, RTT, winch with cradle so can b used in front and rear, power outlets on all 4 corners, dual battery, etc, etc, etc. Going to be real hard paying someone else to do the work when thats what i used to do on the weekends from 2001-2013! Family time more important now and have the money too, but not that much money to lose touch. Biggest issue will be the right suspension, no long travel, 2.5" up front, 3" in the rear, air bags with overload springs as backup. Will post beginning pics and pics as i go with shakedown reports. Almost forgot tires too!!!
