So I have read all the links on lifts for 2nd gens. So heres the question. I like to do a little offroading. I did it a lot in my last truck thats was stock with bigger tires. So before I bought my new truck I test drove one that had a 6 inch pro comp lift on 33s. I loved the way the truck sat and looked. What I hated was the ride quality. I couldnt go above 55 in it. I like to go fast, offroad and I like big lifted trucks. It was very shaky at 55+ mph. I like the long travel set ups but like the look of a 6 inch lift a lot. Can I mixed two lifts like long travel shocks etc, with a bds kit. To make it a more comfortable ride and still be able to do a little offroading. Also whats the best offroad tires for a truck with least amount of noise and vibration. Idk if it was the tires or not on that truck that made it drive so bad or not. Idk much about lifts. I just knkw that long travel is better for offroading and has a more comfortable ride. But I like the 5 to 6 inch lift look. So give me your opinions and what you think would make me happy. I dont have the money to do a sas so thats kinda out of the picture. This is how the truck sits now.20170906_193945.jpg

The best will be different for everyone. I just put on fox 2.5 extended with dsc on the front, dakars with fox 2.0 in the rear. It's nice, plus I can still use it as a truck
