Cool idea, I like it! Also, unrelated, but what rear bumper is that, or is it homemade? I don't recognize it.

 

Not really a good pic of em but kind of unique...Mini d2s 4.0 retrofit in the 7x6 housings. Those housings plus the mini d2s 4.0 equals a huge pain in the ass

32 inches behind the bumper. It fits!
I'll post some completed pics when I'm done.
With a litttttle triming on the fins.

A curved light would have been easier to fit.

What and were did you get the material to cut them out of?

 

That is diamond plate rubber sold by the foot (4 feet wide) from princess auto. Prolly same from Lowe's or similar.

 

I wana see more pictures of this gorgeous thing. Do you have a build thread??

Bought Truck clear coat was coming off!! So I fixed it scorpion bedlinered the whole Truck!! I survey part time so I figured I can’t scrath it. This stuff is tough I have drove it trough small trees and have not scuffed it yet. Also had to build custom mounts for the Arb bumper since the idiot I bought it from put a 3” bodylift on. It’s easier to clean under neath anyways so will keep for now.
