Yep, just rolled over in time to do the oil change. Had to drag it out, wash it, wax it and to clean it up to put it up for winter.IMG_2455.jpg

What do you drive in the winter if your truck gets stored?

    And why?

AWD H-RV. I take my work truck home so I don't drive much during the week, as far as winter goes, I just subject one vehicle to all the salt they dump up here.

I hate it when good vehicles don't get driven. Usually means they get very little life out of them :(.

PS I thought this was going to mean someone drove over 999,999 miles on their Taco.

My 1993 Miata just rolled over 34K. No choice between a Miata or a Truck on weekend secondary road trips with the lasses. I do 25-30 K a year on the work truck between jobs.

Nothing wrong with low mileage Taco's, it means that in 20 years, there will be some remaining in Michigan that the rust worms didn't eat.

Uhh disagree. I'd need a hip replacement at 30 just from getting in and out of that thing.

    Dad has a Z3 and had a Porsche 911.
Cool to wip around in for a few mins but overall very uncomfortable.

Take a full size all day long for road tripping comfort.

If the engine doesnt sease before the 20 years from lack of use.

Low mileage vehicles usually experience catastrohoic failures earlier on.

Guess then you will disapprove of my cross country trip in my R1, and 998 years ago, and my 19 hours a day in my Lotus Elise going up to Montana to see the sights? :D

Mid 50s, no problem, besides, one just falls into a Miata, piece of cake. Drop top, pick up the lass, put on the tunes and carve the twisties at 35MPG. Fill it up with premium at the end of the day and get change back from a 10 spot.

My back hurts just thinking about riding a sport bike cross country. I rode my gsxr one state over once and promised my body I’d never do it again. I don’t think my body was built for that sorta thing. :pout:

I rode every weekend from SF to LA (350 miles) for one year (52 times) my GSX-R SRAD. Loved it. :)
