    I purchased an ARB Bull Bar (bumper) and fog light kit about a year and a half ago.

    I was recently washing my truck and noticed that the fog light glass/plastic was busted out. Not knowing if there was any kind of warranty, and finding that some older versions had issues with breaking after getting hot and then wet, I contacted ARB USA via email last Friday. I was simply asking if there was any warranty; and assuming not, if there was any way to get a discount on a replacement.

    To my surprise, I received an email back today (next business day) asking for an address so that they could ship me a replacement set.

    That is going above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. I'll definitely give them more business. Great products and great customer service. Just passing this along.

    Arb front bumper, warn winch, All Pro rear bumper, OME up front, OME and All Pro Standard in Back, ARB locker, 34 x 10.5 KO2's, 17" Level 8 Trackers, and fancy single piece driveshaft.
    They did the same for me, and I didn't even buy the bumper. It came on the truck I bought. Now I always consider their stuff when I buy something.

    I've had nothing, but great experiences with arb customer service. From part exchanges, warranty items, and installation questions.

    Same here...my ARB bumper had a defective bumper crush can bracket thing. They sent a new one but was the wrong side. The second time they got it right.
    At 1st I was a bit miffed at the defect getting past quality control. Their response made me think differently.

    I was going to go with an other company but, after talking to ARB about my snorkel and when it was shipped to the store I purchased it from I'm sold. The customer service was great and told me where my snorkel was and the store couldn't.
    Now I'm buying two front bumpers. One is for my wife's runner and I get the other.
    Coarse it helps that my insurance company is willing to replace and cover all damages to or done by an ARB bumper. I am sold 100%.
