I made a thing for switches because the thing I wanted didn't exist.

How many wires are in the back of the switch?

This has been brought up a few times you have your wires backwards and light stays on switch them and it turns off and works. I dont remember which ones i switched i think i left black alone.

I only set the markup at a couple of dollars because I had a hard time justifying to myself making the price much higher than the base price already was. I missed an opportunity there. On the plus side, over a thousand of them have gone out in the last year and a half so my time invested has been more than covered. I'm just glad the thing I needed has been working out for so many others.

Really nice job, that's awesome. Once I figure out what additional lights I want, I'll be ordering this.

Bought one of OP's blank plates and was able to fit 4 blue LED switches, including the Baja LED lightbar back light switch (far right). Still need to run wiring to a couple of the switches. Great product!

Just a heads up that on Monday Shapeways will be 10% off for orders over $25 and free shipping. Together that's ~$10 savings on a single plate. I'm going to order a handful of stuff for myself...

Is there a code we need to use? Or is it automatic at checkout?

The larger panel that holds the dash pocket simply prys out, the pocket is held in from the back by screws, reuse the same screws to install the switch panel.

Don't know, I don't recall the email saying anything about a code, but when they have a sale that requires a code they always put it on a banner at the top of the page throughout the site. I'm sure if you visit the site tomorrow it'll be obvious one way or the other.

Are you familiar with the switches as well? I am trying to figure out how the reverse override switch needs to be wired since those just has a positive and negative switch.

EDIT: I figured that part out

I got the blank panel and used it to mount the control part of my Hopkins insight trailer brake controller.
