Buttoned up the sua today. Just waiting on shocks so I can cycle everything and set bumps and straps. Lost about 2" of lift but a quick test drive has no driveline vibes at least up to 45mph

I didn't build it myself because I know I could. Just trying to minimize down time

And straight from the horses mouth that is king after several emails and phone call attempts. Finally got through to someone helpful this afternoon and my shocks should supposedly be done by the end of next week. Problem is the following 3 weekends after that I have booked and won't be able to work on the truck. :angrygirl: So hopefully they are done a few days early and I have them before next weekend. Otherwise I am waiting another few weeks to install them or possibly squeaking them in after work one late night.

Had a spare car and garage space last week so I spent the last two weekends doing the actual sua install. Just been waiting on shocks so I can tear down the leafs and set my lower shock mount and bumps. Cause driving around without shocks is a little sketchy lol. But did get to play around with the fork lift a bit on Monday and flex it out. Tire rubs on the bed cage and rear bumper, but that's right around where it will probably be bumping at, so we shall see if it is going to be an issue or not.

Didn't actually measure anything. Guessing it will be between 16-18"

Well I was able to lift the tire 34" off the ground on the fork lift before the other tire came off. So that means I have 34" of travel right? :notsure:

Probably true. Like I said it'll probably pull 16-18 when done.

Only 16" after setting my bumps. And either gonna have to trim my fenders another inch or so, or commit to the group buy on fiberglass. Terrible pics but I'll get good ones and some videos when it is all said and done.

And I finally have a tracking number for my shocks. Only took 11 weeks!!! Should be here Monday but I'm gonna try to yell at ups and try to let me steal them off the truck tomorrow if they make it to town

All in and buttoned up. Quick test drive tonight tells me I definitely need more ride height, front and rear, but especially in the front. And need to spend some time dialing in the bypasses. Hopefully get to do that this weekend. But already noticeably better than the previous setup and the rear is out performing the front as it should.

All buttoned up and ready to tune bypasses this weekend. Added back some of my front preload, but still about an inch or so lower than I'd like. That'll change when I save up and have deaver make me an add a leaf or two to help the rear out. But doesn't look too nose high now that I have the bedsides on. Fiberglass is ordered and should be here in a month or so

I got in on the advanced fiberglass group buy that closed last week and went with their flat top bed sides. Gonna keep the stock bedsides for rock crawling bodywork that I don't care about banging up.
