I hit a deer before I made the first payment. $250 deductible, and they ordered a pro grill for it.:D

Is there a correlation between quicksand and hitting deer? Do I need to trade colors?

If your the same color as a deer and its mating season, you may be a magnet.

You did not post pictures of the damage so I have nothing to go by, but I think you will be very surprised as to how much it costs to have your vehicle repaired. I don't think anyone that isn't filthy rich can just pay cash for car repairs anymore unless its very very minor.

Dang my truck is Tan also LOL. Went to the Toyota store today and they want about $2800 to fix it. What gets me they said it would take about 3 days to fix it. I have no idea why my Samsung Galaxy phone does not export pics to my laptop. I guess I'll go the insurance route.

My wife has had the same issue with her Note. We found that the problem was the cable. Make sure you ahve a high quality or the original cable, many aftermarket cables are not good enough somehow. There is also the Android beaming service and the Samsung aps either Connect or SideSync, I can not remembver which it is that alopwed me to transfer ro my desktop over teh air.

Like many I would suggest a metal/armored bumper rather than the OEM, if insurance will allow. Good luck with repairs.
