    Saw a lady driving a minivan try to park in the second spot next to an open parking spot. she must have backed up 10times then ended up crooked in the 1st spot next to the original spot she was trying to get into. She must have been high, drunk or incompetent. I'll have to post the pic when I can get some cell service.
