So I lucked in to a free OEM frame treatment kit for the 2011 Tacoma I just bought. The frame is in great shape and I'd like to keep it that way. Can anyone recommend a pump sprayer that will work with this stuff? Preferably one with a wand to make it easier to get the inside bits?

Thanks! I didn't need the actual stuff, just the sprayer, but that helped me find it on Amazon for about $40.

You could always run to Menards and buy a cheap weed sprayer.

I was concerned about the thickness of the marterial clogging the nozzle, but that would be ideal...don't have to drag the compressor hose around that way.

I have applied the noxudol to two different Tacoma’s and I poured the stuff in a regular paint tray used for a roller and applied it to most of the frame using a small roller from the hardware store , it leaves an awesome uniform texture and you can go back and apply multiple coats to high wear areas , plus it doesn’t make half the mess of spraying it on , you’ll still need to spray the inner boxed areas etc, but it really worked great .

You could also buy a $39 jam gun from Autozone and apply it that way if you have a compressor. The downside is that you have to refill the gun pretty often.

Do I need to avoid spraying anything underneath my truck ? I plan to spray the frame and rear end and leaf springs with the aerosol cans.

I purchased the fluid film kik just like 5150 said above. I warmed up the 2 plastic bottles with FF in hot water, shake them good. Cranked up my compressor to 80psi and went to town. It comes out as a fog and coats everything. I also bought the flexible tube that goes on a rattle can to do other tight areas.
Lower the spare, and just keep repositioning yourself and different spray angles will cover more area.
