Their website says 03 4Runner when you select the drop down, but not Tacoma.
Then, down at the bottom underneath the last picture, it says 02-05 Tacoma

Do I just order the 03 4Runner pods?

If you go to the website that you posted, under the photo it shows "Toyota Tacoma 2001-2005".

Right, I saw that. But looks at the drop down. There is no drop down for an 03 Tacoma, unless it's assumed that the 4Runner option they have fits the Tacoma?

    A 2003 4runner is a 4th gen, so not the same as a 1st gen Tacoma. They're more like 2nd gen Tacomas.

As far as I know the flex pods are not a direct fit for our trucks. Not sure what you'd have to do to get them to fit.

Just got done emailing with FlexPods tech department. I measured up my 03 Taco's steering mount points and took pics and sent em in.
Flexpod responded saying to order the 2005 - 20016 tacoma as the measurements are identical.

They mentioned that they were going to fix their website to reflect shorty.
I'll report back on the fitment (now just need to return the Lotek pillar pod mount I ordered)

*edit* It looks like their website reflects the new data
