    Hey TW fam and welcome to my build thread for my 2014 Silver Sky DCLB TRD Sport.

    As of 2/18/19 here is how she looks:

    How I Got Here:
    First things first talk about how I got this truck and how I got to this point. In early May I totaled my 2003 Ranger that had 208k miles on it. I proceeded to buy this Tacoma from my dad, and originally had no plans of doing any modding. After maybe a month of driving around and seeing other Tacoma's with sick wheels and cool mods I started to get a little jelly. In Mid July I decided to go for it and started my truck mod adventure, and now that I've started I CANNOT stop. Looking for new things to do or add to this truck has become somewhat of an addiction or obsession, but I wouldn't have it any other way! My friends all make comments about how much I obviously love this truck, so I guess it's that obvious.

    Purpose:
    I want the truck to have a clean, but aggressive looking, silver sky w/ black aesthetic when all is said and done. I would say that the purpose of the build is to eventually have an off-road-able truck that maintains that clean look that I am going for. I am not really trying to go for a scrappy looking build, and I will admit that I am not a good enough dirt driver right now to feel worthy of a pre-runner'd out build like that. Who knows though, anything is possible and humans change their minds :bananadance:

    Hey Nick you got a nice setup bro. I don't know how to send a private message I'm never had a chance to explore how this forum works. Where do you usually hang out i would like to see your truck closer and ask you few questions if you don't mind.

    Thousand Oaks. I usually work every day either in TO/Newbury Park or Simi Valley so I am always out here unless I head down to Orange County on a Thursday or Friday night to hit a country bar.

    Appreciate it :taco:

    @StealthMedia

    How do you like the black widow race muffler? The aftermarket system that was on my truck when I bought it has rusted from winter. I've been looking at getting a venom 250 for my 2010 double cab in the next few weeks and doing it in stainless so that winter will not defeat me again. I have listened to a couple of race Venom Mufflers on trucks but they sound files can only do so much Justice.

    I would just get the race venom it sounds good. I was worried about it being too loud but it isn't
