    Lots baby!
    Just to give an update.

I shipped the units that were brushed aluminum & clear coated. Some had red TRD and some had black TRD.

I have issued tracking numbers for those units. Depending on your location, you should get them Wednesday or Thursday.

I am waiting on the powdercoated units.

Got my hold down and installed it. Looks great! Thanks James @Coupe

The only issue I encountered during install was on the front bolt and is likely due to the height of my battery (Northstar Group 24F AGM).

At this point I could feel that end of the bar start to bow just a bit. That is about a 1/2" gap.

I kept tightening as far as this.

Could have gone further but I don't really want that much stress on the bar all of the time. At least not yet. The gap was about a 1/4" at this point.

I decided to use a stack of washers and and see how it does. I know from experience that a 60# battery can still move around even though the hold down seems tight.

Yeah, feels good and tight but I've found that can be deceiving. Batteries have a lot of mass. They can easily shit position when getting tossed around when wheeling. I'll keep an eye on it and post up if I have to do anything further.

    Lots baby!

Let us know if you are happy with that stack up of washers as a fix. If after using it for a few weeks, if you are still happy with it, I could come up with a a spacer to replace the stack of washers.

I got a package today and got way too excited, even though I should have known better.

It was just some unrelated crap I forgot I ordered :/
