need torque specs for my 1998 2.7 intake manifold lower and upper sections.

just got done pulling it apart to clean out the intake , super dirty. i just bought this truck, turns out someone else was in the engine before me, the injectors had 2 lower seals on them partially covering up the spray nozzles ! it ran ok, no power going up a hill though.
I would hit this long uphill grade on the highway going to town at 62 mph and by the time I got just about to the top it already shifted 2 gears and I was barely going 45mphwith the throttle about 3/4 the way to the floor.
going to change out the tps and the iac while I got it apart also.
anyway if someone has the torque specs let me know.
(included a few pics of this guys handy work to the injectors , thought you guys would like a laugh ) !

hey ! thanks for the info I had to get it done before the weekend so I got them from my local Toyota dealer. job came out good but I still have a lack of power after changing everything out. I changed the pcv valve today to help keep the manifold clean, I was told that a faulty pcv will pull oil up from the engine . the next thing I may consider is changing out the converter. from the looks of the tailpipe there is a lot of carbon built up in the exhaust so it might have clogged the converter. other than that my last effort would be to bring it to Toyota and see if they can diagnose why it has a lack of power. runs fine, idles good and runs down a flat road good but to go up a long grade its like im dragging a piano behind me.
if I get it figured out i'll post the results . thanks again for your reply.

    A thing or two...
Putting in a new pcv isn't going to keep your intake clean. There's always oil vapor in the pcv system that gets sucked through the intake and coats the manifold. If you want to keep the intake free of oil residue, you need to install a catch can that will allow the oil vapor to drop out before it is sucked into the intake.

As for the lack of power, when was the last time you replaced the fuel filter? Checking fuel pressure would be good as well to check for fuel pump or fpr issues. You could do a compression test as well.

you might be right about the catch can , I run one on my prostreet 75 Monza , also on the rearend, the narrow 9' tend to spit gear lube out the vent so I put one on there too. as for the fuel filter, Toyota's brilliant design to put it under the intake on this engine , so, yea it was changed. it has a new regulator on it so I would imagine the pressure would be correct but you bring up a good point as for correct pressure so I'll check it . I just purchased this truck so I have very little history on it. I'll keep poking at it till I get it right though.

8725south, did you ever figure out why your Tacoma was dragging a$$? My taco is behaving similarly, and I want more power!
