    Very cool video. I had a buddy that was left seat in the OH-58D airframe when it was brand new, and unarmed. They put a field artillery lieutenant in there, for some reason LOL. He was the first class to go thru from Rucker and I met up with him in Germany a few times and he showed me around the aircraft. He used to joke that their armament was 2 ea. .38 cal Revolver, haha

    Sad epilogue... he was on Pan-Am Flight 103 and perished over Lockerbie Scotland on 21 Dec 88.
    RIP 1LT George "Jordy" Williams, the first victim of international terrorism that I knew personally.

    Sorry to hear about your friend.
    I remember the days flying 58A models. I too had a issued 38 cal Revolver. What a joke.

    I had a lot of left-seat time in a -58C when I was a Divisional Cav Troop FSO. Always loved to fly in those little critters.
    Our Squadron had AH-1F also, they were boring by comparison, LOL.
