I ordered the unholy mount with the ram phone mount. It did take them over a week to ship but I emailed them and they replied in a timely manner and explained what the deal was. Once it did ship they sent priority with a tracking number. Overall happy with it so far sturdy and easy to use.

I ordered mine Sunday, it arrived today. It looks good and installs easily.

Someone suggested installing it in a way that would point the vent up, to cool the phone. I tried that and it worked, but it puts the phone too close to the steering wheel edge and wiper stalk, IMO. It would work better with a longer arm I believe, IF you wanted to mount it with the vent pointing up.

    Overall great product!!

I ordered up on Saturday. I currently have a RAM suction mount to the windshield and 6in arm. Looking forward to a much more clean installation.

Oh man! This is a night and day difference compared to the suction cup mount.

Really like mine, wife complains it's bulky, but she'll get over it. Holds the phone still and in a great location.

BTW, I did want to note since it was mentioned in another post, the un-holey mount does not sit on the chromed vent bezel. It sits solidly on the textured surface of the vent, so it will not mar any finishes. You can see this in my pic above.

I bought the Hundo knobs and they work great. Might have to grab a phone mount too. Thanks for sharing!

    Great pics.

I just placed my order today.

It stung a bit to drop over a hundee on a phone mount.....but I've spent a good bit on other mounts that wind up being tossed for one reason or another. I dang near wrecked my last truck when one of the tacky/suction mounts gave way and dropped my iPhone on the floor.....I was running a mapping app that I seriously needed to stay active.....leaning down reaching around trying to retrieve my phone while driving was a dumbass move on my part.

The Georgia heat is tough on suction cup/sticky stuff....especially when combined with large phones and heavy LifeProof cases.

My last truck had heavily tinted windows....I opted to not do that this time....leaving them as they came from the Yota Mothership. A black vehicle, too.....it's gonna cook in there during long hours parked in the work parking lot.

I plan on keeping my ride for a long, long time. I know the RAM gear is solid....and adaptable. I'm trusting this Hondo part will be, too.

Thanks for your pics. They do a great job of showing the mount position.

Well, the wait begins. I'll keep you guys posted.

My pleasure. I'm glad that the pics helped.

It is a very sturdy mount.

    Sweet.

I think I’m going to mount it on the left-hand passenger vent.

I’m 6’4” with short legs for my height. It should be a comfortable reach for me.....and it’ll leave me with a fully adjustable drivers vent.

I’ll be sure to update on the results of this.

I can honestly say, I’ve never been eager of getting a cellphone holder.....until now.

I appreciate well made parts that last and serve their purpose well.

With the short RAM arm, it is right at my finger tips and not in the way.

With the suction mount and either the short or long arms, it too focus and a deliberate stretch to hit the screen.

Well.....placed my order less than one week ago....and it arrived today.

Got the smoker fired up with what will hopefully be some tasty eats for later.....perfect time to go install this jewel.

So easy.....didn't even finish my beer before I was done.

My iPhone 7+ fits perfectly in it's LifeProof case.....not sure if a larger phone+case will fit, though.

The Perfect Squeeze is aptly named.

    Excellent product.

Glad I went with this one.

    To many to list
I was wondering if anybody would know if this would work for a iPhone X with a leather folio case open? I really like the mount but just not sure if it will work.

    I'm not sure, either.

I haven't kept track of the new iPhone stats. I'm sorta scared to, actually. My current iPhone is working great for me....I do not want to spend $$$$ on phone upgrades now, lol. I'm scared to even look at the new stuff because TW has tempted me to buy new truck toys lately.

I can only say that with my iPhone 7 Plus in the Lifeproof NÜÜD case....my Perfect Squeeze holder is open as wide as I can possibly get it to open and the phone grips in there nicely. I wouldn't want to try a larger phone in my mount. YMMV, however.

The x should fit just fine. it's smaller than the plus phones, which just barely fit. As long as the folio flips all the way around behind I think it would work. Only potential issue I see is that the gripper posts might be squeezing the folio edges and not the phone.

Just ordered one of these for my '17 TRD Sport.

I wish there was a more elegant way to run the USB cable to the left side of the steering wheel.
