    Wow, snow, already......which is natural and expected for you but Man, if we got snow that soon I'd have to move south......I live in Maryland, we (some of us excluded) freak out if it snows 4". But yea, cool, can't wait to hear more about it. Also, I am guessing your snow is more on the dryer, fluffier side whereas ours tends to be more of a wet, slushy type. I know it sounds crazy but that really plays an important role in how well tires do in it. Either way, I am anxious to hear back from you @oh crap its him !

    I'm at 6" on the rear so if your leaf springs only gave you 3 an ask may not work. You may need a 3" block unless you want the bro lean.

    Yea, unless you are running a E range tire 48 psi is insane, and even then still a little insane. They say 80 psi max but DAMN! I wouldn't even run 48 in my E's unless I was towing at the limit and it looked obvious I needed more.

    I was really leaning toward the ridge grappler but I ended up going with 255 80 17 st maxx they are cheaper and weight 56 pounds. Slightly heavier but almost 50 dollars a tire cheaper

    whats the yellow circle on the grapplers,,, its not a dot,, its a circle,, and its on all 4 tires, and they are all on the same sidewall pattern,,, is it to show, that the yellow circle sides all match, as far as sidewall pattern,, i know about the dot and balancing,,

    It's for balancing, it's supposed to be lined up with the valve stem. If it was red it would be lined up with the valve stem but on the opposite side of the wheel.
    They lined mine up with the valve stem & they ride really smooth.

    Have not had the chance to get a decent pic yet. But here is a teaser!

    With 100ish miles they are great, my 4runner feels taller than it did with the same size Duratracs. It is also much quieter. The Dura’s were cupping on inside so it should be quieter

    That being said, I can hear the tires, they aren’t completely silent, just the right amount of “that’s not a street tire” sound.
