    What I'm considering now is if timing is even necessary, at such a low boost. I can't imagine I'm getting anymore than 6-7.

    So, the spring in the bypass valve isn't strong enough- I got someone to give it gas while I watched and the plunger didn't come down all the way up to 4500 RPM. I pulled the hose to the bypass while in idle, to activate the supercharger... belt slipping and screaming like a banshee smh. So next on the agenda:
    Bypass Valve spring
    Add a tensioner/idler pulley

    Bypass Valve P/N: 11-61-7-568-423

    That is great to see that you diagnosed this so early in the game. A lot of people don't usually consider the bypass as a problem until much later. :thumbsup:

    A thing or two...
    I'm running the same PLX vac/boost and AFR modules. What are you doing for gauge(s)? Is there a way to link them to that kiwi to view on your phone?

    Kiwi OBD is the 6in1 PLX was working on. I plugged it in and started the app- even tells you if fuel system is OPEN/CLOSED :thumbsup:
    I’ll get it all installed by end of weekend. The psi this little SC puts out will dictate my path forward.

    Edit:
    Kiwi OBD is an additional $25, not included with the Kiwi3 smh

    Time to get a lower temp T-stat, and some other heat abatement efficieny mods.

    I need to contact PLX, those numbers are wrong. My truck was definitely not getting 15 & 32 MPG. Numbers were more like 9 and 22.

    I'm not exactly sure, but I've driven my reg cab prerunner across truck scales and I think it was about 3550
    I do have a brush guard, hitch, bed mad and a toolbox full of junk though
