    and how much would galvanizing a frame like that cost??

    I have no idea what just a frame would cost. Perhaps @Blackout14 knows...
    From what I've read the frame recall is effective for the 05-10 model year but I may be wrong.

    Ok so yall had problems wiring like a light dont work and you not sure why. I have a problem my ditch lights won't go off and I dont know why.. Switch was never touched for them to go on. Woke up one morning and saw them on, killed the whole blue sea and went to work. Just poking around now trying to figure why they went on and why they won't go off.

    Dude you nailed it. I started from the switch and worked my way through the harness. Completely unplugged the switch and it remained on. Checked the relay and it looked terrible. Cleaned the terminals but the lights stayed on. I actually found a spare relay I had laying around and plugged in.. bingo bango!
