call and ask for a promotional offer. I have done it multiple times, its a game. I pay $60 for 150mbps and no rental router. signed a 2 year contract to lock it in. Can only sucker a sucker

 

You're not the only one. I hate the fact that i'm stuck with them. We have internet and TV with them and its not cheap that's for sure. I'm getting tired of all these taxes that are tacked on top of my bill.

 

I have done this, moved my bill south for two months then noticed that it was right back up to where it was....... taxes that were added on.

 

Call them and tell them you're moving on because the price increase is too much. They'll turn you over to customer retention and see what they'll do for you.

Otherwise, go to dslreports.com and find yourself a better vendor.

 

Call and them you want to cancel. If they ask why tell them it’s becuase they keep raising the price. Spoiler alert they won’t let you cancel. I called and they basically said how much do you want to pay to say.

AT&T told me to kick rocks when my $42 intro period ended and I complained.

Still cheaper than Comcast. So.. fuck me, right.

About 20,000 miles on em. Trying to get $1,150. Like to keep it a package deal.

I’m waiting for google fiber. All other ISPs can go fuck themselves when that becomes more readily available.

I have cci fiber. Used to be surewest. Its awsome. Easy to re route cat 5 anywere in the house.
