    I would go with a 1jz-gte or vvti lol factory twins who doesn't LOVE THAT....and $30-$40 tires are my price brand new I have a connection at the track ...so yes I would keep my 18s for the week and throw on some cheap 16-17s for the slides on the weekends....my truck has actually been wheeled quite a bit...before I lowered it, it had a 2" lift on 31s lol but open diff and 2wd gets ya stuck pretty quick so I made it a pavement princess

    Update on where my brothers motor is at :rolleyes: it's taking a long time because he's basically waiting for a paycheck every week then spending it all on parts and running dry, it'll be totally overhauled though, should come out really nice. Hoping to have it in by next weekend.

    Maintenance and minor mod day. New led reverse light added on. New headlight bulbs since one went out last night and sanded/polished the driver side light. Happy with how it came out so will do the passenger later. Gave the battery terminals a good clean up too. Also some under hood cleaning while I was in there.
