Bonehead Perfomance which isn't an option to you unless you want to ship it twice and risk shipping damage. I had it done by a local shop back in Philly before I moved out here.

Bummer, I was talking with a few of my friends not too long ago and they said there is no GOOD powder coaters in Denver anymore. I guess I can just rattle can it like I did the front bumper, but I thought powder coat would be nice and durable

Biggest difference I see is that powder coating doesn't peel and flake away the same way paint does when you scratch it. It just scratches in that spot. My skids, front and rear bumpers were all powder coated have held up hella good to the abuse. My sliders I just hit with POR15 and rustoleum and they need some TLC as they look like garbage after 3 years.

That's gotta be a heavy ass bumper, I might have to do the shackle flip after putting that thing on

Forgot to mention that I used my insurance pay out to buy a high clearance brute force fab rear bumper with a tire swing out! Unfortunately Billy said it would be a 8–10 week wait :bananadead:

Thought this might be of interest...

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/drive-shaft-vibrations-solved-step-by-step.244535/#post-5856724

Chances are the shims are a piece of the puzzle, but you need to do some fine tuning on your carrier/center bearing. Buy a dozen or so washers and try spacing the CB by adding a washer at a time and taking a drive.

The whole way out to Moab I was freaking out because my driveshaft was actually wobbling so badly it was smacking around inside my brand new CB. I just did this and my launch vibe is almost completely gone after less than an hour with a pocket of washers and a 14mm wrench and an angle finder...although, I can argue that even without an angle finder, you can probably experiment with this and get some results with little investment of money or fingering out the geometry.

Don’t know yet, it’s a pin so I might try and find a way to pin it to my headliner
