    As I read this in my head, the voice changed from mine to Morgan Freeman's. That's how awesome this is.

    And in other news:
    I was at TSC today looking at - well - everything and I saw a smoker on cleaance for $110 - I left it there...This time.

    Research has shown the unit to be quite capable and robust - Add a control unit and for $250 +/- you're on par with a WSM 22"

    prepped some St Louis style & Beef short ribs foro tomorrow - will prep the bird tomorrow, not sure if it's beer can style or not...The ladies don't like smoked bird so it will be on the gasser.

    And I'm still thinking about the smoker I left behind...

    Wow. A thought occurred to me while reading your post... is it “ok” to do that, morally or whatever. Not that I wouldn’t have done exactly what you did if it happened at the store I go to all the time - I guess I would figure they’ve more than made their dime off me. But, I had the thought and wondered “what, am I a saint or something?”. Hell no, and I sure as shit ain’t passing judgement either. My overriding thought was

    Yea that one looks good . This is the pipikaula that to me is what the original one is. the short rib one lot of restaurants use thinking because the short ribs cheaper than the flank steaks :notsure:

    Only two was mislabeled or I would have bought more. Yea I didn’t think twice. If it ain’t me, someone who don’t know much about brisket could End up with them. Might as well be me:thumbsup:
