What would I benefit of these, just better peak power? Would I loose torque at lower rpms? I don't want that. How about the mileage, gain or loss?

 

Overall efficiency in cylinder scavenging, which in turn adds room for a bump in timing. Across the board increase in torque and power.

 

Can you see any negative things about this? No torque loss below 2000 rpm?

 

Only negative is if you have a turbo.

Are you trying to purchase them sans UCON?

 

No, I'm considering of buying UCON, but feels like it is made more for maximum power increasing purpose than for just regular tuning. I just want to get my TRD Supercharger properly tuned, focusing on good torque and good throttle response.

It'll increase efficiency across the board. As I said earlier. Complimentary of tuning and exhaust gears. Plus your throwing on a roots s/c. The capital grunt in low end. No you won't loose any down low. Only impressive gains. She'll be happy.

I am looking at buying exhaust cam gears for my 2015 Tacoma 4.0 V6 and running a Magnuson Supercharger with 2.825 pulley. Additionally I plan on running the TRD Tune, will this require additional tuning or will the TRD tune will work with this setup?

He sent me a PM which I'm about to respond too. But the cliff-notes are, you can run these with the Stock N/A tune or the Stock TRD S/C tune just fine. They will improve the efficiency and knock threshold of the motor just as the URD documentation above suggests. However, a bit more power can be extracted if you wish to have a tune setup for them (which of course I do, via HPTuners).
