    A thing or two...
    The reason your allen key was getting stuck is because it's rotating in the hole. The allen key socket could be rounding off; the plugs could be stripping; or if you're using a 3/8" when you need a 10mm that would do it as well. 3/8" is 0.375" and 10mm is 0.393". 25/64" would be the proper standard size to match 10mm, but I don't know if I've ever seen an allen key marked in 64ths.
