I'm in San Diego and would like to keep it somewhat local because shipping these suckers is expensive and I can't inspect it before buying but for the right deal...
Must be from a 2003 or 2004 truck and must be in good functioning condition with no chipped gears or busted bearings/seals. With or without actuator but locker must be good.
Let me know what's out there. Thanks

Have one in OC that I still havnt swapped into my truck yet. Came out of a 2002 or 2003 from a truck someone parted out. He bought the truck specifically to yank the motor to put in an old 4runner, is a member on here. Shoot me a PM with a offer for it

Why does it need to be from '02-04? The diffs are all the same only the axle housings changed. Also, V6, manual trans, 4x4 3rd gen 4Runners have 4.10 in them and they are the exact same thing. If you want 4.30 find a V6, automatic trans, 4x4 3rd gen 4Runner with an elocker and pull both diffs.

No, It's going into a second gen 2.7L 4x4 which has 4.10 gears. I already have the axle housing from a 2013 TRD off-road. The drive shaft flange was changed after 2002 (different bolt pattern and different spline count on pinion gear) and I don't want to run an adapter and shorten my drive shaft. That's your answer right there.
Also the 2005 front diffs are much better and anything older isn't interchangeable
