Exhaust rattle

    I have a horrible exhaust rattle. The inlet pipe is hitting a crossmember. It looks to be higher than is should be, the hangers are horizontal. Anyone know how to fix it?

    Duck tape :thumbsup: for real tho look for anywhere it is loose by hand and check all the hanger mounts are still together

    Yes, this is louder than a heat shield :bananadead:
    I checked them when I was under there

    Looking at the picture it seems the mounting is pushed too far into the rubber mount. Indicating something has moved.

    Canopy, fitted seat covers, OBA with self leveling air bags, 100w solar, dual Rhino Rack Pioneer platforms, side & rear LED work/FU lights, CB, cell booster. 7x16 cargo conversion, 3" lift, 7'x6.5' fold down aluminum rear deck.
    Looks like just the isolator moved. You can see the same wear point lining up on the upper hanger.
    OP, did you check the shields that are around the catalytic converter(s)?
