Only thing I have now with a clutch is my Harley.

The trailer looks much larger in pics than it actually is. It’s designed to track within the Tacoma’s tracks and be just tall enough to not have to duck down to walk under the tent floor. The tire on the swingout is a 285 so that’ll help give it some perspective but I’ll post up some measurements after breakfast.

I looked at HEO (localish) but quickly ruled them out for concerns over build quality. The welds on their trailers looked really bad to me.

I've heard aluminum isn't the easiest to weld, but that would be concerning.

 

I’ve heard the same and haven’t even attempted to weld aluminum. I’ve got a little Hobart 140 in the garage that I can lay some passable welds down with on steel. Given, it’s not aluminum, but I figured if one was welding aluminum for a living and selling to customers for well north of $10k, there’d be no question on the quality of the welds. Even the welds on the tongue of the HEO trailer, which I’m assuming are steel, don’t look good to me.
