    Close to 200 hours over the course of 6 weeks after hours building other current orders. 80% of it is scratching my head and designing. Everything was built in house. Besides locks and hinges. Building sheet metal tool boxes suck lol. Bet I can build another one in a solid week.

    I couldn't agree more. We just got a powered leaf break that should make some of it easier for me. I've been kicking trailer ideas around in my head, but hadn't thought of this sort of frameless design, nice work, it looks kickass.

    It actually stopped good. Better then I thought. The axles have mounting for breaks, If he decides to go that route.

    I've pulled my 2900 lb 20' trailer with the T4R and that sucked.
