I just bought a 95 tacoma, automatic 2wd...Was having some trouble with it not wanting to shift out when I would start out from a stop. Thought it was transmission but then started acting more like a vacuum leak. A shade tree mechanic looked at it the other day . He pulled what he called the throttle body valve and said it was clogged , he sprayed it with cleaner and put it back on. When I went to back out of his drive the truck didn't want to go in reverse. It did and I left . I got about ten miles down the road and the truck completely stopped pulling . Could the throttle body , throttle body sensor cause this ??
Or is my transmission shot ???
    Please Help !
    I'm Not a mechanic
