I know they are tempting but stay away from the psa uppers. My gunsmith has already had to work on 4 that had issues straight from psa.

Funny you mention that. I'm looking in to buying a ruger American .308 bolt soon. And a glock 19 if I can get my ccw.
Just solder it. It takes longer for the iron to heat up than to solder it in. It's not hard, trust me. I had to solder it in, run t temporarily, desolder it to run it properly and then solder again. It makes running the wire easier too.

I feel ya. I'm up to 3 right now. Thinking about just buying the American and g19 at the same time so I can combine the stupid 10 day waiting period in to one group instead of two times

All this new build talk...my last build probably totals upwards of 4k with optics, suppressor, stamps, etc. I always told myself if I was going to do a build I would do it the way I want and go top of the line....oh but it hurt.

However..if I had to do another one, I'd go 300 Blackout.

Sure, drive on over to California and you're welcome to use it and all th then solder you need

Seriously. The wait is the worst. I've waited 30 days so far in total wait time! The worst was when I got my 10/22 I had to wait like 10 days because the store bought it and had to hold it for X amount of days and then I had to have the 10 day wait time for California. Some bullshit I tell you.

You need to get a 90deg elbow to go under the bracket then screw in the coax to it.

Hey guys, can someone in SC give me a ballpark estimate on how much I should ask for my topper in our area? It's a SnugTop Expo for a 1st gen. I know that they are not really available around here so I'm not sure where to start on asking price. The fact that is for a 1st gen also makes it murkier for me. Any info would be appreciated.

I spend 30 minutes filling out fucking paperwork and then wait 10 days. And then spend another 30 minutes 10 days later filling out and signing more paperwork before I can officially own the gun.

It just frustrates the shit out of people who can and want to get guns legally (like me). Doesn't do anything for the people who are still gonna get a gun illegally. And we don't get any of the fun toys here either! Damn commufornia. Can't wait to shoot my friends shit in a few weeks! :infantry:

My new favorite is the awesome "no pistol grip" on ARs. Because that changes everything so much  if it's big and it's black it has to be illegal
